From an aesthetic and architectural point of view the pavilion is characterized by a 3D wooden lattice system which acts also as a shading system. This system that assembly simple elements in a complex 3D grid, refers to Japanese traditions, both in the choice of material, in harmony with nature, both in the traditional lattice composition. The other façades are characterized by curtain wall with a specific design and with solar control glasses.

The elements of the façade create a sequence of spaces that change depending on the activities behind, on materials and natural light at different times of the day, so the same visual perception of the pavilion changes with the passage of time.
