The project involves the conservative restoration and the re-functionalization of the building located in the complex called Borgo de ‘Buzzaccarini, composed of two main buildings and its relative agricultural adjacencies that characterize the original inhabited area of ​​Marendole, part of Monselice.

The restoration of the buildings has the aim of re-functionalizing the spaces and returning a historical narrative of the different phases of its history, revealing the technologies and the signs that have characterized its evolution.

Restoration and change of function of the building historically used as stables inside Borgo de’Buzzaccarini.

The intervention involves the arrangement of the covered spaces of the building, the restoration of the fronts and the wall facings, the static consolidation of the damaged elements, the renovation of the roofs and all the works relating to the change of function of the building, from an accessory building to residential.
